The traditions we honor

Centuries of tradition can’t be taken for granted, that’s why we do our best to celebrate the past by making quality meals with nothing but the best ingredients.

We took up the torch in 2013 along the Via Emilia, the ancient Roman road which opened up the vast agricultural areas of northern Italy to the rest of the world.
